We arrived and ended up in a brilliant hotel called the Kombo Beach, thanks to Team Griffin. They even managed to get us a special rate of 30 euros per room including breakfast. You have no idea how you were saluted when we arrived!!! However it has seriously disrupted my diligence in posting blogs of the final days of the journey. I am trying to remedy the situation but the pool keep beckoning and we are off for a curry tonight.

Plymouth to Banjul Challenge 2008. Follow Team Rubbish on the build up to and during the 4000 mile drive from Portmsouth, UK to Banjul, Gambia. There will be cursing and swearing and lots of sightseeing and hopefully we wont get kidnapped or shot at!!!
